The offer

One system that runs your restaurant — and understands it.

Built for independent owners and small franchises. Noqta runs your day, remembers everything, and answers in plain language — ask it anything, or open a Brief. Two simple plans: one restaurant, or a franchise of branches.

2 plans · from $150 /mo · one restaurant
Plans

One restaurant, or a franchise.

Pricing is per subscription — you manage them in Account → Subscriptions → Restaurants. Solo covers one restaurant (add a 2nd, even a different concept, for +$120/mo; up to 2, then start a new subscription). Chain groups the same-brand branches of one franchise — which unlocks the multi-branch layer: branch comparison, group Briefs and benchmarking. Every core feature is in both plans; Chain only adds what a single shop can't use. e.g. a 3-branch franchise on Chain = $350 + $90 = $440 / month

Chain

A franchise of same-brand branches — with the multi-branch layer.

$350/ month · 2 branches

Add a branch — +$90/mo each, up to 3 branches. More than 3? Contact us.

  • Everything in Solo, for every branch
  • Branch-by-branch comparison, side by side
  • Group Briefs across all your branches
  • “Which branch needs you first” — automatic flags
  • Cross-branch benchmarking

Custom

More than 3 branches, several concepts, or bespoke terms.

What's in each plan.

Both plans run the same system and build the same restaurant memory — and both include every core feature. Chain only adds the multi-branch layer, which a single shop can't use.

What the system does

Ask anything. Read a Brief.

Two ways to get answers, one shared memory: a smart chat in Arabic and English, and premium Briefs you can read on any period — today to annual — and export to PDF.

Ask Your Restaurant

Ask in Arabic or English — “How much did we sell yesterday?”, “What sold the most?”, “How does this week compare?” — and get a clear answer with the numbers behind it.

Answers on demand

Sales Brief

Your sales for any period — today to annual — with a built-in channel summary. Read it, or get it on WhatsApp, and export a premium PDF.

Any period, one tap

Menu Actions

Order-mix, category scorecard, dish ratings and add-on attach — what to push, what to fix, what to drop.

What to push, fix, drop

Customers

Retention and loyalty — who came back, who lapsed, and who is worth winning back.

Keep them coming back

Sales Channels

The real economics of every ordering channel — your own delivery and each app — net after commission and true margin.

Stops revenue leakage
Ask it anything

The questions you could never answer fast enough.

These aren't software features — they're the business questions you actually care about. The day-one set works immediately; the deeper set sharpens as your restaurant memory builds.

Getting started

Guided, not alone — and your first month is designed to pay for itself.

Switching systems takes real work: setup, mapping your branches and menu, and validating the first reports. We do it with you — and your first month follows a structured flow that surfaces your patterns and problem spots fast.

Set up your system

We set up Noqta to run your floor — POS, orders, kitchen, payments and menu — without disrupting a working day.

Map branches & menu

Your venues and menu are mapped so every number lands in the right place from the first order.

Start the memory

From day one, every order and sale is captured and calibrated against your real activity — your restaurant starts remembering.

First-month insight flow

Your first Briefs and reports are configured, and a structured first-month flow surfaces patterns, problems and opportunities fast — then it runs on its own.

You run the restaurant. Noqta does the understanding.

30-Day Restaurant Clarity Guarantee

Feel you understand your restaurant more clearly in 30 days — or stop, no commitment.

Start using Noqta. Within your first 30 days, if you don't feel you have a clearer understanding of your restaurant's performance — on your own data — you can stop without commitment. The value is meant to be felt immediately, not someday.

And you don't pay until it's working: billing starts only when your first weekly Brief lands.

Straight answers

Questions owners ask us.

Is this a POS system?

Noqta includes a full operating system for your restaurant — POS, orders, kitchen, payments and menu. But that's not what makes it different. What makes it different is that it learns how your restaurant works and turns every day into answers and decisions. It is not just a POS — it's how you understand your business.

I already have a system. Why switch?

We know changing systems is a serious decision. That's exactly why Noqta isn't just a different way to record orders — it's one system that runs the restaurant and builds real understanding of its performance over time. And every month you wait is a month of history your restaurant doesn't capture.

What do I get on day one, and what comes later?

Everything is in your plan from day one — Ask, all four Briefs (Sales, Sales Channels, Menu Actions, Customers), any period and PDF export. Nothing is locked behind a higher tier. What changes over time is depth: with a few weeks of history the Briefs get sharper — clearer trends, more reliable comparisons, stronger menu and customer signals. The longer it runs, the smarter it gets — that's the restaurant memory working.

How is it priced?

Two plans, each a price for a subscription you manage under Account → Subscriptions. Solo — $150/mo runs one restaurant; add a 2nd (even a different concept) for +$120/mo, up to 2, then start a new subscription. Chain — $350/mo is for a franchise of same-brand branches (2 included) and unlocks branch comparison, group Briefs and benchmarking; add branches at +$90/mo each up to 3, and above that just contact us. Every core feature is in both plans — Chain only adds the multi-branch layer. Prefer to pay yearly? Annual billing saves 20%.

What if it doesn't help?

You're covered by the 30-Day Restaurant Clarity Guarantee: if within your first 30 days you don't feel you understand your restaurant's performance more clearly, stop without commitment. And billing only starts when your first weekly Brief lands.

Is it in Arabic? And how does it "understand" my restaurant?

Arabic and English are co-equal, RTL-first — ask in either language and it answers in the same one. Under the hood, Noqta uses modern AI to read your restaurant's memory, but you never manage that: you just ask questions and read Briefs in plain language. Built by AtharCo in Ramallah.
